TERMS OF USE

Quick Sums

Last updated: March 5, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

By opening and playing Quick Sums you accept the terms set out on this page. If any part does not sit right with you, the simplest option is to close the game.

What you may do

You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to enjoy Quick Sums for your own entertainment. Please don't resell it, pull the code apart, or fold it into a commercial product.

Who owns what

The artwork, sounds, layout, and game logic behind Quick Sums belong to their creators and stay that way. Your run of twelve hearts is yours to enjoy, but it carries no ownership over the game itself.

Playing fair

No bots, auto-clickers, or tinkering that hands you an unfair edge. Quick Sums is a small game of skill, and half the fun is beating your own best.

Just for fun

Quick Sums is a free casual game. There is no real money, no purchases, no prizes, and nothing to wager. Scores and best runs are for bragging rights only.

As-is

The game is offered as it stands. We can't promise it will always be available or completely free of hiccups on every device.

Limits of responsibility

As far as the law allows, the creators aren't liable for indirect or knock-on issues arising from playing Quick Sums.

Updates to these terms

These terms can change now and then. Carrying on playing after a change counts as accepting the newer version.

Which law applies

Ordinary consumer-protection and copyright rules apply. We'd always rather sort out any misunderstanding through a friendly conversation first.
